At Yunomi.life, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality Japanese tea and artisanal products. Due to the perishable nature of food and tea, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your tea or teaware.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the damaged product or the incorrect item received, including the original packaging for our quality control review.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether a return shipment is required.
- 4.Refund Processing
After verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
