Steeping Recommendation

  • Tea: 3-5 grams (more tea for a bolder brew)
  • Time: 60 sec (10-15 sec, on 2nd; 30-60 sec on 3rd steeping)
  • Water: 70C/158F, 200 ml (hotter temp for a more bitter brew)
  • Resteep 2-3x
